I woke up early and wanted a coke and a snack. I get sodas comped to my room but I arrived late at the hotel and did not request soft drinks sent to my room.
This is the highest price I've seen at any hotel. My second complaint, though minor, is that the hotel charges $3.50 for a can of soda out of a machine on each floor. This used to be a top shelf dinning destination in the Greater Louisville area. The lobster I had with my filet was rubbery. The last 2 filets I've eaten were full of gristle. The service has always been excellent at this restaurant but management must be cutting back on the quality of the food it purchases. The last 3 times I have visited this restaurant, the food has been mediocre to inedible.
First Binion's steakhouse needs to improve the quality of its food. I share these comments because: (1) My comments are intended to be constructive for management to make corrections and (2) As long time tripadvisor contributor, I want to share my concerns about this property so my fellow travelers may consider them before they book a stay. However, Caesar's management needs to correct a few deficiencies. I've witnessed the expansion of the casino and the recent renovation of the hotel rooms. I'm a long time 7 Star Plus Player.who has visited this property many times over the last 20 years.
