The slots-parlor holds up to 1,250 slot machines, has a $25 million license fee, and a minimum capital investment of $125 million.
MGC awarded the sole statewide slots-parlor (Category 2) license to Penn National Gaming on February 28, 2014, after a competitive bidding process.
